 In case if flights are delayed than the scheduled time, then there is a possibility of change in Sightseeing.

 All the members are expected to follow the Rules & Regulations and schedule given.

 Sightseeing will be conducted as per weather conditions.

 In case of any natural calamity, riot like situations, strike and political unrest there will be no refund. Due to this situation, there might be alteration in sightseeing. Some sightseeing places might not be covered.

 In Case of bad weather conditions some excursion may not take place.

 In Case if any sightseeing is not done due to weekly closure, an alternative sightseeing will be done for the same.

 In case if any group member caught in any kind of illegal activity and inappropriate behavior RVH will not be held responsible.

 In case of any accident or occurrence of unfortunate event RVH will not be held responsible.

 In some places local transfers will have to be arranged on own.

 Loud Music is prohibited by 22:00 hours (10:00 p.m.) as per the government rule and in case any member failed to follow the rules, they themselves will be responsible to pay the fine as per actual Pearl’s Wayfaring or RVH will not be responsible for the same.

 All extras including Laundry/ Telephones/ Room Service and other extra services taken will be paid by the guest directly at the time of checkout; the tour operator managers will not be responsible.

 The tour price mentioned for this tour is for Indian nationals only.

 Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour bare by guest.

 Porte rage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu except Breakfast.

 Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.  Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary.

 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.

Given the current dynamic situation some monuments or sightseeing places may be closed temporarily without any prior notice; in such cases every attempt will be made to visit an alternate sightseeing if possible.

For tour departures in the month of September-December 2021, small vehicles will be used based on 4 guests in one vehicle. If you wish to utilize the vehicle solely for yourself or your family or you would like to upgrade the vehicle, we can arrange the same at an additional cost subject to availability.

We request all guests to abide by the mandatory requirements for travel to the destination, such as RT-PCR tests, web check-in, self-declaration, e-pass formalities etc. as per the state/country, which are subject to change periodically. Any cost incurred for such requirements should be borne by the guests.
